Carrie Carr: A resident for over 21 years, was first elected to the Library Board in 2013. A former Barrington Junior Women’s Club President and Treasurer, Carrie has been instrumental in her role as Treasurer for the Library Board in streamlining the Library District’s financial reporting and implementing an improved investment portfolio.
Barbara Pintozzi: Shehas been a resident for over 25 years and has served on the Library Board since 2007. A life-long library fan and strong supporter of First Amendment rights, Barbara is an attorney, garden writer, environmentalist, and LGBTQ+ ally.
Carolyn Welch Clifford: A resident of Barrington since 1993 and a Library Trustee since 2000, is a municipal attorney who primarily represents firefighter/police pension funds. Her historical knowledge of the on-going dilemma of traffic concerns near the Northwest Highway campus was critical in determining a thoughtful response to the Village of Barrington’s latest proposal on the Lake Zurich Road re-route.
